Walking Is The Best Exercise for Our Pet
Go on a walk 3-5 days a week! It is simple and fresh air and smelling the world around them is SO important! Don’t have much time? Just start with a 5-10 minute walk and add a few minutes each week!
Yes – I said cat! Whenever I do get the opportunity to work with a cat owner, I LOVE it! Cats can go on walks too!
So get out there…you may get some weird looks, but don’t you think your cat should see more of the world than your house?
Work on simple training exercises that are also awesome for strengthening hind limbs and forelimbs!
